This is my second Flamingo, I wanted this one to more reflect his appearance in the comics. I used a Nick Fury base, sculpted the collar and scarf, cut off the forearms and grafted on PotC Blakcbeard forearms, sculpted a goatee onto DCUC Arsenal and painted.
