3rd of 3 using the good Captain. I always had an affinity for Dr. Alchemy as a villain, the crazy jerk. Cool costume with the hood draping down and all that. I specifically remember the story that revealed his astrological twin, later ret-conned out of existence. I also liked the appearance of Mr Element in that storyline.....hmm I think I know who is next
