Hello everyone!
Here is the Phantom Eagle

Pretty simple custom, a MU Ghost rider base, Clone trooper head, and a wire fabricated Scarf and sculpted pony tail (both bendable).

One paint job later and he was finished!

While I personally think the head is a little bulky, the rest of the figure is perfect.
