I took a bunch of fabric and I sewed a dress. I also added the binoculars, grenades, and bought the lace panties. I also bought the rubber bracelets and made the necklace out of elastic. The backpack came with the figure.

I love, love, love this outfit for Lara and the Japan level in Legend was my favourite of the game because of how different the environment was (and the sexy dress didn't hurt either). Awesome stuff!
