For my third custom, I decided to attempt a Sunspot. The recipe seemed fairly simple, and I hadn't use gloss paint before, so I wanted to try it out. I grabbed up an ML Human Torch and Capt Mar-Vell and mashed them together. Then I used some gloss primer and some crystal glaze I picked up at Home Depot to give him the finish I wanted. As a bonus, I decided to paint up the HT base piece I had to match his flame color style and sculpted a back peg piece with miniature orbs attached to it with clear jewelry thread. I'm happy with the way he turned out.
