Another exercise in articulation upgrading! This time involving a Mezco Freddy skeleton where the original figure had a barbell neck, lateral swivel shoulders just below the clavicles, ball socketed gloved right wrist, swivel waist under the ribs, and swivel hips. While those joints are decent, they're not terribly useful save the neck and wrist. So basically chopped everything apart and used a bunch of donor discpeg type joints from various SW, MU, and Joe figures along with a 6mm revoltech joint. Neck is left intact but did carve a notch in the back to free up range, added the revoltech joint into the spine, dremeled notches and added in the various sized joints for the swivel hinged shoulders (also lateral and plug into the clavicles), elbows, hips, knees, and ankles (rocker style). Also added in a swivel left wrist and swivel mid thighs to counter how I had to put the knees in (knee peg had to plug into the tibia versus into the femur if that makes sense). A little bit of paintmatching done with Testors Acrylics to top it off.
