This is John Fox, the Flash from the future. He became a refugee from his own time and came back to the Dc Universe of Wally's time as the Flash, wearing this costume. I really liked his costume design, the fact that he was blue and black without featuring a lot of red and yellow set him apart for me. I sculpted the arm bands and repainted the figure. The lightning symbol, ear pieces, and leg pieces were made using shrinky dink material. An idea I got from my son, he is my muse.
