Just another member of Le Cirque D'etrange, as well as another figure Xysma beat me too (props man, love your work). He's all DCUC Sandman, except his hands (right: first appearance captain america, left: some mattel wrestler), and his head, which is Norman Osborn, with the mouth closed a bit.
