Refugee from the Age of Apocalypse alternate reality where Sugar Man operated Apocalypse's Seattle Core power plant/slave camp. Sugar Man escaped to establish the mutant slave system of Genosha.

The origin of the mutant known as Sugar Man is shrouded in mystery. When Legion changed the past accidentally creating the Age of Apocalypse with mutants ruling North America, Sugar Man was a student of that world's version of Mister Sinister and eventually he would go on his own to become master in genetics setting his base on Niagara Falls. There he regularly tortured others and performed inhuman experiments on them, and later it was revealed that he molested children ensalved in pens.

Powers

Aside from his already above intellect in the fields of genetics Sugar Man is capable fighter himself showing incredible tenancy when he fought several mutants. Equip with four arms Sugar Man can make use of each limb normally utilizing axes or hammers, along with impossible razor sharp tongue that can even damage non-physical objects. He was also shown that when damaged his body becomes smaller to the point that he is near micro size allowing him quick get-away or even hitch a ride without anyone knowing. He shown to have above average strength and capable of smelling fear and other foreign chemicals.
