The Marvel Universe figure of Yelena Belova unfortunately never saw wide release, and exchanges hands for hundreds of dollars. I decided to go for my own rendition, semi-based on her incarnation in Marvel Puzzle Quest: Dark Reign as the Dark Avengers' version of Black Widow ("Dark Widow").

The standard single release Black Widow was used for the body, and her head is the Avengers film version.
