My first custom. Inspired by the Grendel clans in War Child. I sculpted Green Stuff (probably the last time I use it, Apoxie Sculpt is way easier to work with) over Deathstroke's eye and filled in some of his helmet, then sanded it as smooth as possible. Painting revealed a few imperfections but in the end I came to think of them as scoring marks from battle. I did, however, tone down the crazy amount of battle marks DC had on him. Did a total repaint on the body. Took off the scabard on his back and ditched the accompanying sword. Highlighted the metallic parts with furniture polish to give it a sheen. For the fork I used the stick that came with Deathstroke and added sanded down bobby pins for the blades. Super glue and a little more Green Stuff to anchor them on. The cloth was a piece of an old black hoodie stiffeneed with a 50/50 water and Elmer's glue mixture. The paint for this was Citadel . I estimate actual time spent on this at around 8 hours give or take over several weks as I had time. Time spent staring at it in various stages of completion and obssessing about it...way too much.
