Howard was a lot of fun to make. I love the Howard The Duck figure that was included with the Toybiz Marvel Legends Silver Surfer figure, but I wanted a Howard figure with as much articulation as a Marvel Legends figure. The head begins with a Mini Me figure, and I sculpted over most of it with epoxy sculpting material but the eyes are still visible. Howard's hat and torso come from a 3 3/4" Indiana Jones figure, and the arms and coat come from a Henry Jones figure. Howard's lower half comes from a Star Wars Ben Quadinaros figure. I wanted a Howard that sort of resembles the movie look, but with a lower body more like the bow legged comics art. After the neccessary sculpting and painting, I have a Howard that can get into all sorts of fun poses!
