Ducktales! Woo-ooh! Launchpad's so cool he was on 2 shows! Always dug his design and making him was a huge departure 4 me but also crazy fun. He's made from a Slugterra Nacho figure w/sculpted:
face
scarf(other half from Iron Fist sash)
webbed feet
twisty ties for helmet straps(poseable!)
I took some liberties like not sculpting over all the lines on the jacket, and leaving the gloves on.
