A custom from an ice-cold character, yet it spent a lot of time in the oven, as I sculpted and baked in FIMO his collar piece several times before I achieved something satisfying.

Upper legs : Crimson Dynamo
Head, gun, backpack, ice-effect : GI Joe Destro Arctic Threat
Hands : MU Punisher (early wave)
Helmet : cut from a plastic test-tube
Sculpted goggles, ears and collar piece mentioned above.

Painted him with black and a light blue wash for a frosty effect.
