Hello again guys , second custom of the day is yet another great collaboration piece for The Agents of Gaia team , this time based on Arthurian lore by fellow customizer and friend MaxxieJamesCreates from jolly old England , Vivaine/Nimue also know as The Lady of the Lake , The Tradition: The Lady of the Lake was the foster-mother of Sir Lancelot and raised him beneath the murky waters of her Lake. She is, however, best known for her presentation to King Arthur of his magical sword Excalibur, through the intervention of the King's druidic advisor, Merlin (Myrddin) who was constantly worried that his monarch would fall in battle.

Merlin had met the Lady at the Fountain of Barenton (Brittany) and fallen so deeply in love with her that he agreed to teach her all his mystical powers. The lady became Merlin's scribe, who recorded his prophecies, as well as his lover. Unfortunately however, over the years, the Lady became so powerful that her magical skills outshone even her teacher and she imprisoned him in Glass Tower (or similar dungeon). To some extent she stepped into Merlin's role at King Arthur's side, but the old man's removal contributed considerably to the great monarch's downfall. The Lady of the Lake was eventually obliged to reclaim her sword when Arthur was fatally wounded at the Battle of Camlann and Excalibur was hurled back to misty waters. She was later one of the three Queens who escorted the King to Avalon. (exerted material from Brittania) , Now with the world at almost it near end the Lady must answer the call of Mother Earth (Gaia) to help protect ad save it from mankind itself , the now Water sprite must assume once again human form with the Legendary Royal Sword Excalibur at hand and a myriad of water base powers she could transport through pools or bodies of water or used them to see into other places. (Like she could look into a puddle of water and be able to step into it to say appear in the water of a fountain in another place) thank to Maxxie/James for the concept of her having those cool powers! , like water sometimes calm , and sometimes fierce , she is one of the most powerful magical users on the planet , equal to Merlin himself on his prime . Recipe : body is a DCD Flashpoint WW fully painted in acrylic blue and green (another cool suggestion by my dear friend Maxx!) , the legs were modified (I reverse them) to change her look and remove the skirt and added to the leg boots , exchange her head for a DCD Crime Syndicate Super Woman paint blue as well , hope you like Maxxie/James and mine collaborative creation and Thanks , see you tomorrow with two more characters for the team (also collaborative concepts!).

A little heads up , don't trust her , she's a double agent (take in consideration she is Morgan Le Fey's sister) , the "True" Agent of Gaia is returning from Avalon to reclaim what's hers! (end of spoiler! ) , Thanks for the kind words my friend!!

You are doing a wonderful job weaving this tapestry. Have you made an Agents of Gaia bible to keep track of the continuity? I like the inclusion of Arthurian legend, in fact I am seeing the threads you are using to tie them together. Each unique in look and yet tied together by mythology. Well done

Actually I write this stories after I make the customs , depending on their looks and the vibe I get from them , then I name them and make their background , you could say they speak to me twice , once telling me "I can be this" at creation and again after it saying "but I am this" and that when it story comes to mind , I know I sounds weird but I swear that how it is , someplace in my mind it's all connected like a big jigsaw puzzle , every custom a new piece , even I can't still see the whole picture , this big , wonderful and strange world of ours is so full of myths and legends , history and fantasy from so many cultures , so many cool places , that it's a shame we humans live such short lifespans and never get to see or even know about them , so this my desire to tell stories that will excite your curiosity , let you wonder what comes next and how it connects to the other characters , that's how you build a Universe , like a tree , one strong core base , and from there an infinite number of ramifications as future branches or as past roots , we are all connected!

she looks AWESOME and I love her blue hair. I am honored to have her representing jolly old England on your team . I am glad you liked my powers suggestion too. Seeing some villains join the line up would be good to see too. I can't wait to see your other collaborations

Bro I can't Thank you enough or all the great input that went into this character , like I said this is as much your creation as is mine , I too love the hair color (PS I'll probably make an evil version of her along Morgana as villains , just an excuse to do her with green hair this time and I think Big Barda would be a nice base body , just need a col head) , great another project for the weekend (had 5 , now they are 7!) , no rest for the wicked , OH! , "NEMESIS" IS COMING!!
