This is Agent America, another character of my own creation. He has the ability to sync himself with Earth's Kinetic Field and either "shunt" short distances (even vertically)and has resistance to injury and enhanced strength due to the Kinetic Field. Patriotic but more for the people rather than the Gov't.

I popped off Flash's head and then sanded down every part of the body after using an exacto knife to smooth off any hard edges or indentions engraved in his suit. The head is from some DC Universe villain from Apokolypse that I can't remember with cardboard for his reflective visor. All paint used (except for skin) is metalic. Big pain for me as I have have problems doing sharp edges (like boots) & I usually suck with doing stars, like on the right forearm and midsection in white.
