It was in the (first?) X-force annual and crossed over into the New Warriors annual, "Kings of Pain", where Aim, Toad and Gideon were trying to resurrect Proteus. Cable interrogated Frenzy, after defeating tower, I believe, and held her by her arm out a helicopter and had Domino fly it up to like 5000 feet. He promised not to drop her if she told who she was working for. She told...he lied
