I quite liked this figure are the only bad leg so I decided to put joint. Cut the legs at the joint of the knee some recess a few holes. He was perhaps best then put another foot joint.

Awesome fix to Venom! Most people just grabbed the Sabretooth legs and swapped them but this took it a step further-nice use of the Hyperion head too! My only gripe about this Venom is the lack of torso articulation, I've seen a few people actually make the torso articulated... how they do it haven't a clue...
