I have no idea what truly started this project. One minute I'm sitting there working on numerous requests, next thing I know I'm thinking, "Hmm, this Cloak head could pass for Spectre." And then I'm working on him and Jim Corrigan, as well. But, here they are. The white paint was a bit rough, but the green actually gave me more trouble. Didn't hold to Corrigan well, and the cape took a few coats to not fade. I expected the face to give me troubles, but it was actually the easiest part. Corrigan's as well. Nice little project to work on, and cool to have another set of sorts finished. Coming to enjoy doing them lately.
