Kai-Ro is the Green Lanter of Earth in the Batman Beyond timeline, and member of that eras current Justice League.
Figure is made from a Young Justice Kid Flash with head cast from the Casting cave. [Not sure the original figure, it's listed as "beserker girl teen".] I did make one small goof as his ring is supposed to be on his left hand, but by the time i noticed it would have been a bigger pain to correct than to ignore. So i chose to look at it as the same kind of error likely to be made by Mattel if this were an offical figure, and Ican live with it.
