Its been a while since I last made a figure so I thought Ide make yet another Amanda from one of my fav Saw films number 3. So this time I wanted to get a very good likeness to the character and after a long search on google I finally found the perfect base a jean grey figure so I repainted the face it helped that the figure all ready had red lipstick but they needed to be shaped which was very tricky,then painted the hair. once I finished the head I put it onto a more suitable body for articulation which was a deluxe buffy one (these are great bases)and painted what needed painting.
Then I though she needs some movie accurate accessories so I gave her a knife and made the reverse bear trap I used card, foam(cut to shape),wire and a plastic figure belt as the base I got the cogs from a old wind up toy and assembled it all and painted it with a mix of brown and orange for a old rusty metal look and I think the outcome was great in this scale.
