My next dark Knight returns figure is The Mutant Leader! This figure has been sitting on my shelf waiting to be painted for almost a year now. He is made of a Motuc Bow base figure, Batman lower legs and Demo Man arms. A modded Despero head and sculpted lenses round up one of the most intense characters in the Frank Miller book.
