This is a Batman villain I've wanted to make for a long time, made classic by the Adams/ONeill story "Night of the Werewolf." He began as a Dr Evil figure. The head is a modified DCD Constantine that came out back in the '90s. I cut off the top of the had, sanded the sides, repainted, and gave Milo his Moe haircut with Sculpey. Though he doesn't have much articulation, the pose fits him as Milo is one of those evil genius planners, sitting back and enjoying a glass of wine or something while others do his dirty work.
