Angela (Marvel Legends) Custom Action Figure
I´ve been a fan of hers since the early Spawn days, I used to love my old McFarlane Toys Angela, she was perfect for the time but she kinda evolved and now she´s included in the Marvel Universe and became Thor´s sister, some may like the fact, some other not, I´m fine with that and love the Guardians of the Galaxy issues where she was introduced. Took a Hasbro Black Cat, changed the the forearms and lower legs for some wrestler´s and adapted her own feet, used Hope Summers hands, an old ToyBiz Black Cat hair and sculpted the front of the hair. The headpiece wings were from a 200x She-Ra and sculpted the rest of the outfit with epoxic clay and foamy sheets. The ribbons are laser printed and put a wire inside it to make it posseable. Thanx for watching and please leave a comment! Please wait... |

She looks great. Her current look actually makes for a nice figure.
And you captured it well, but the hair you made really makes the piece exciting and dynamic.
And is that weapon from The Viking Age Valkerie? Looks great with her. Nice work all around.
Did you glue a wire to the underside? Is it two pieces of paper with the wife adhered?
It looks amazing.
and thank you!
Everything about this is perfect, I especially love the glowing skin tone that you've given her. Did you achieve that with pastels? You make it look so angelic!
Also the weapons are a very nice touch! May I ask where you got them? I would love a set for my Angela haha.
Again, phenomenal figure!
I achieved the skin with adding two tone one more red and the regular skin tone paint, kinda washed it... then I added a coat of sealing spray (they sell it here in Mexico, it´s very useful to polish the brush strokes ad give a good semi plastic finishing, the weapons are from a McFarlane Valkyrie
