On this Hallow's eve terror will fall from the skies! But not if Spidey can help it!
This is a concept Goblin, working on the premise that this was no mask he was wearing, but rather the infliction of Norman Osborn's genetic disease fully mutated.
It's been no secret that Osborn was dying of his rare cancer and even repeated treatments involving gamma radiation did nothing to cease its growth. However, something unexpected occured during those treatments, the radiation did in fact do something. Buried deep within Osborn's genetic heritage were trace DNA of goblin ancestry. Somewhere along his blood line, in the great Osborn family, goblin DNA found its way in. And now, due to the invasion of this life-threatning disease, Osborn's goblin genes, triggered by the radiation, has overtaken his body and mind - as a means to self-preserve Norman Osborn, irradicating all foreign pathogens from his body with extreme prejudice. And that includes one pesky, wall-crawly Spider-man!
base - Soul Reaver Raziel, resculpted lower jaw/teeth/ears/hat. Got the scarf from a McF Desert Warrior Spawn (series27), skulls on a chain from a McF Skullsplitter, POTC belt, GOW skirts (front/back) fodder/sculpt for mummified hand.
Goblin glider - Animorph bird, trimmed the wings off, made the head from a McF Alien Spawn, sculpted details, added feet straps and clear red flame trails. Sprayed chrome with distressed metal detailing.

Equipped with additional arsenal, he tethers a chain of skull bombs from his belt. Upgrading his Goblin glider with the latest Oscorp tech, he manages to swoop in and steal the mummified hand of Ra from Dr. Strange's secret stash (he needed a back scratcher!). But the Goblin's madness became evidently clear when he abducted Sin City Shellie, mistaking her for Gwen! But she's cool with it, she's just roll'n wit tha homies on a Friday nite lol.
