Ocean master ! Continuing my Aquaman kick I give you my rendition of Ocean Master. After the events of forever evil he is taken to Xebel, While there he finds a warrior nation but without real order. Usurping control for himself, he institutes rules, regulations, positions & training regimes for the people of Xebel.Turning Xebel into a conquering nation not unlike Genghis khan & his mongols. Meet Ocean Master. Warlord of Xebel.

I got to thinking of an ocean master design and thought "royalty can't just be campy villain" I was hoping this costume would give him that commanding presence.
