Hi All,
Firstly I know this looks very amateurish but I simply love sculpting with clay and wanted to post some them! Plus I can always pick up techniques to do a more detailed one in the future. Also excuse the image quality, I only have an ipod at the moment.

This is sculpt of the Dog Alien from the Movie Alien 3. A great movie which I believe is highly underrated. Charles S Dutton is a great actor and Tom Woodruff Jr is a special effects genius

To make this sculpt I took a picture of the internet and sculpted by eye and hand. Used several pieces of wire inside the clay like a skeleton for his legs and tail.

I used regular acrylic paint to paint him up.

His head actually turns a little! This is actually the second time I've done the Dog Alien, the first time I didn't realise I was using the wrong figure and made a dodgy remake of the Panther Alien from Kenner!
