Hi Realmers, I've been rather quiet recently as been very busy with work over the Halloween period however I am back and continuing my Disney series with the addition of Peter Pan. I have been writing interlinking stories for my figures which I call The Quest for the Blue Fairy Diamond. So with Pan's story I've tried to tie up a couple of loose ends, namely how Hook got to Never Land and how The Jolly Roger could fly when it attacked Eric's ship as well as explain how my take on Never Land fits within my Disney Realm. Sorry it's a bit lengthy but I hope you like it.

Never Land, a floating island in the sky that is never in the same place twice, is the home and playground to the Lost Boys and Peter Pan is the mischievous and proud leader. He and his gang of boys never grow up and live for games and adventure.
From the tribe of tepee dwelling natives whose encampment is in the mountain plains, to the tempestuous clan of fairies that frolic in the hollow, Pan and his boys live harmoniously but noisily among them. One fairy in particular is Peter Pan’s closest friend and ally. Tinker Bell is Peter’s accomplice on all his adventures, she even sleeps in an alcove in Peter’s underground den. It is through this friendship that Pan and the Lost Boys are given the gift fairy dust. This magical dust is the residue of the magic created in a fairy’s wings, the source of their magic. When sprinkled over a human and teamed with happy thoughts they become able to fly. Fairies are usually tiny in size but they are far stronger than their size denotes, however they are also able to grow to the size of a small human child should they wish for short periods of time.

On the eve of a full moon, the floating island of Never Land descends to the Earth below and rests on the surface of the sea and then its lagoons becomes a favourite haunt for mermaids until the full moon has passed and the island rises back into the sky. It was during one of these times that a vicious pirate crew attacked Never Land and kidnapped the native Chief’s daughter until they were defeated by Pan and his boys. Pan cut the right hand of the pirate Captain and fed it to a crocodile. The Captain swore he would return and seek his revenge. Peter wasn’t worried. Never Land is never in the same place twice so the chances of the Captain finding it again at another full moon was highly unlikely and if they did somehow return, Pan will just have to cut off the Captain’s other hand.

As time passed the threat of pirates dwindled from Peter’s mind for he had adventures to have and games to play. However true to his word the Captain, now called Captain Hook, returned to Never Land aided by his new ally, the Hag. She had cast a magical tracking spell on his ships figure head, Hook was then able to chart a course to where Never Land would next descend. It was the dead of night on the last night of the full moon when Hook and his crew attacked.
Anchoring his ship in a secluded bay Hook and his crew first crept into Never Woods. Finding the tree that was the entrance to Peters den underground, the pirates heaved a large heavy boulder over the entrance so that Pan would be unable to escape should he wake, they will deal with him later. The pirates then targeted the Lost Boys tree houses. The idea was to set about cutting the trees holding the houses down but as the first tree fell, destroying the house, crushing the sleeping boy and awaking the other boys who sprang into action, that the plan was scraped and a fight broke out. In their sleepy state the Lost Boys were of no match to the pirates and soon their number was significantly diminished. Those that surrendered were bound and gagged. The pirates then moved onto the hollow and targeted the fairies. When the fairies attacked, the pirates used large butterfly nets of thin steel chain link to capture them. Fairies are greatly weakened by steel and iron, and when they grew in size to retaliate the pirates swiftly cut off their wings rending them powerless and flightless. The remaining fairies took to the skies and fled. Hook tried shaking the fairy dust that fell from the wings onto his self, however the pirate captain has no real happy thoughts and so the fairy dust failed to lift him off the floor. No matter he had other plans for the severed wings anyway and he sent two of his men off to make it happen. Hook and his men left the wingless fairies weeping in the hollow, the moon was setting and soon the island would be rising back into the sky and they still had one last thing to do. As the pirates made their way back to Pan’s tree, they detoured via the natives’ encampment. As the tribe slept, the pirates set fire to long dry plain grasses that in turn ignited the tepees. During the chaos that ensued, the pirates stole anything of value and dispatched those who got in their way.

As the sky turned pink on the horizon and Never Land gave a gentle tremble, the pirates returned to Peter Pan’s tree and rolled back the boulder. Pan and Tink flew out in a rage having been trapped inside the den, sword drawn he chased the pirate captain back to the shore where the Jolly Roger was anchored. Hook leaping aboard the ship shouted the order, “hoist the sail” and from the rigging a shimmering sail unfurled showering the ship in a glittering golden dust. Pan stopped and hovered in the air, confusion on his face “fairy wings?” Hook smiled a cruel smile, “look back at your precious Never Land now boy!” Pan turned and for the first time saw the chaos that surrounded him, his surviving gang of Lost Boys bound in the trees, the flames leaping in the distance from the plains and sound of weeping coming from the direction of the hollow and Pan fell from the air like a stone landing in a heap on the sandy shore as Never Land rose with the sun back into the sky. Tinker Bell fluttered at Pan’s side sprinkling him with fairy dust, but no amount would lift him back into the air. It was then that the Jolly Roger soared up into the sky and drew level with the ascending island, from the decks Captain Hook shouted, “I’ve had my revenge Pan, you took my hand…I took your happy thoughts” and with a wicked laugh the Jolly Roger soared off into the clouds. Pan watched the ship go and with teary eyes turned to Tinker Bell, “Get help Tink, fly as fast as you can and get help, tell the realms what has happened here.” And like a shooting star the fairy shot off to find help leaving Peter Pan to try and rebuild Never Land.

I wanted my Pan to be recognizable as Pan but also put my own take on his Disney look. So I combined that look mixed a bit with how he appears in the film Hook and my own imagination and voila, my very own Peter Pan.

I like your idea of using the feminine body, but to me, the limbs look to have too much length, especially the legs; probably could've used a slight shortening. But still, nice job!

Thanks, I couldn't find a young boy figure to use as a base, and male figures are generally far too muscled. So a skinny female figure seemed to work. I actually have quiet drastically shorted the legs from what they were, but I was worried I'd take too much off and leave him looking stunted.

Maybe try a figure that's usually more lean, something like Spider-Man? Some of his bases are bulky, but he can be lean also...

Thank you so much I am glad you liked them. Hook is a really bad guy working for a really bad woman and soon they will both be joined by a really bad cephalopod (octopus) with an agenda. It will take a Brave team of heroes to help set things straight. It's good to be back, I've been itching to make something for ages, and I looked at my box of bits and Pan just sort of happened exactly how I wanted.
