Never heard of him? No worries. He isn't a real main character in Gi Joe. He was a distant cousin of Destro and the second figure in my Cobra Command line. But didn't get as much credit or publicity as Destro. Anyway, HE IS AWESOME! Enjoy him, I know I am.

Excellent work! I had the original figure, he was sold with a vehicle, kind of like a cross between a motor cycle and a car.
