A one shot Batman villain...

Slasher was a costumed psychopath who went on a murder spree in Gotham City. Motivated by the belief that the people he killed were parasites leeching off of his people, Slasher attempted to cleanse the city. Batman eventually caught up to him and defeated the Slasher.

He was one of those villains I always remembered as a kid but couldn't remember where it was from until one day I found the old comic he appeared in once. It took me a while to find a green base figure but ended up finding one at the swap meet for a couple bucks, The Scorpion marvel legends.

Sculpted the Head and face mask and parts of the hand attachments and back. Added magnets to hands and weapons so you can switch out. This guy is a cool villain and I can see why he only appeared once but damn he was cool...
