This is MALDESTRAK. One of Red Anvil's top villains (think Thanos and Darkseid).
He was made from a Red Hulk BAF and features the following....

- 100% original headsculpt
- Sculpted: bracelets, 3-finger fists, tights, costume piping, chestpiece, belt, kneepads, boots, straps & buckles.
- poseable fabric cape (via internal bendable wire)
- usual LC matte-metallic paint combo
