When I opted to try the Invaders, one of the main characters I wanted to work on was Spitfire. Approaching her ended up being much simpler than I expected. I mean, her designs have varied a few times over the years, but I really like this design myself. Opted to give her the same approach as Firestar. Made sense. Dagger body with sculpted gloves and modified mask on a Mockingbird head. So, Spitfire's history is interesting. She was bitten by Baron Blood, and got a blood transfusion from Jim Hammond. An android. This subsequently gave her super speed. And years later, as a member of MI-13, her vampirism kicked in. But, I liked her in that series.
