Recipe:
Base Body: Hellboy Movie Abe Sapien (shirtless version).
Shoulders/Arms/Hands/Lower Legs/Feet: Neca Soul Reaver Raziel.
Head: Abe Sapien base sculpted over with sculpey, then cast.
Shell: Clash of the Titans Scorpion Monster shield cut down, then reshaped and sculpted.
Masked Head: Cast head with mask sculpted in B-yellow compound.
Bandana tail: Lord of the Rings Easterling loincloth.
Sai: Marvel Select Deadpool.
Skin/Scales: Aves Apoxy. Legs were bulked up with sculpey, then molded over with aves.

This is my concept for a live-action Ninja Turtles film. I wanted a darker, grittier look more in tune with the original comics.
I also wanted a more realistic head design that was more turtle-like, while still paying homage to the classic look. The new design
He comes with swappable heads, both masked and unmasked.
This is Ralph as an adult, hence the lack of Teenage in the title.
I knew when I found saw abe's neck that he would be perfect for a ninja turtle, and with the parts from Raziel, I made a scarier, more lethal design for the turtles that features clawed hands and feet, and the turtle beak on the head shows that Ralph could snap you head of if he wanted to.
