Merry Christmas to every one , on this Holyday , I bring a couple of misfit girls that made the unlikely duo know as Q&A , fist we have the ancient Aztec goddess of fertility Quetzalpetlatl or Miss "Q" for short (the sister of the "feathered serpent" Quetzalcoatl , one of the most powerful gods in both Aztec and Mayan cultures) not much is about her , for being overshadow by he far more famous brother , so bear with me as I attempt to fill some blanks and make my own character!

There is a short tale about her that might explain why is not mention more : "One Aztec story claims that Quetzalcoatl was tricked by Tezcatlipoca into becoming drunk and sleeping with a celibate priestess (in some accounts, his sister Quetzalpetlatl) and then burned himself to death out of remorse. His heart became the morning star . In dualistic Toltec religion, the opposing deity, Tezcatlipoca ("Smoking Mirror"), a god of the night, had reputedly driven Quetzalcoatl into exile. According to yet another tradition he left on a raft of snakes over the sea. In any case, Quetzalcoatl, described as light-skinned and bearded, would return in a certain year. Thus, when the Spanish conqueror Hernán Cortés appeared in 1519, the Aztec king, Montezuma II, was easily convinced that Cortés was in fact the returning god.

After her brothers self exile , she too decided out of shame to disappear from everyone , assuming a human form (and old woman) and locking away her godly power (inside a snake familiar) , she became a hermit for centuries (the witch of forest , as called by the locals) , and so it remained until very recently , when a teenage girl , covered in dirt , blood and ashes knocked desperately on her door , hurt , tired and frighten she beg the old woman to hide her from the soldiers and doctor that wanted her (she and a few other children had manage to escape a secret facility tat experimented on them and a few other kids in order to create human weapons!) , in order to avoid capture they scattered in different directions (most got captured and a few died in the process , only se remain at large , with tears on both their eyes after she told the woman her story , something stirred in Quetzalpetlatl heart , and calling in a firm determined voice called for her pet familiar , grabbing it and swallow it whole therefore realizing all her locked power and transforming back into her godly form (a young woman with a snake tail and leather wings) , and storm out of the cabin in search of the girls hunters , whom soon would become her prey . one hour later and after killing 9 of the 12 men sent by the institution , Quetzalpetlatl returned to a half burn cabin and the remained 3 men burn to a near crisp and on top of them , hovering above them in fire wings , the girl , with a creepy maniacal grin , like a wild animal , at that instant both creatures saw each other thru form and nature and smiled , they were soul sisters and their world would never be the same , soon after they became traveler hunting down those who once upon a time wanted to hurt them and avenging her dear lost friends , as years passed they become the outlaw team of Miss "Q" and Miss "A" , Q&A (Quetzalpetlatl and The Arsonist) , not heroes , nor villains , just two girls seeking justice and revenge , in a mission taking the to the wild and dangerous metropolis know as Bay City , their paths about to cross with so many others...to be continue!!!

Recipe : upper body is from a ML X-23 figure (a gift from a friend , specifically for customization) , lower snake body was rom a Hercules (TV Series) Echidna (I think?) figure , glue together , right hand was missing , replaced with a fodder one and put a small AntMan on it (she looked hungry!) added wings and breastplate (to give more feminine curbs , X-23 was ay too flat!) , painted her lower snake tail in matching acrylic green and done , hope you like her and the other half of this team , later today , Thanks!
