thank you, submerge the lower body(up to lower thigh)in hot water for about 5-10 minutes depending on the temperature, grip the knee with a rag, and grip the thigh, and just pull it out, it should just pop right out, if it doesn't then soak it longer, watch the knee joint when pulling, if the knee joints(where the pin is in the side of the knee) begins to stretch, stop pulling and let it soak longer. good luck
