So, in the set of TMNT 90's bootleg this Splinter looked very very weird that's why I decided to repaint him to make him look more accurate to the 90's movie version.
I used splinter's 90's vintage clothes and repaint the details of the belt and stick
I played with the body hair color using brown and black for the shadows (the fact that the base figure was grey it helped too)
