I'm very much more of a DC guy but the Guardians of the Galaxy ML movie line was the Marvel line that made me go "I need to complete the build-a-figure" because of just how great the film was and how endearing the characters turned out. I had done a repaint of the build-a-figure Groot but was never really satisfied with it. Captainsnikt's awesome repaint definitely inspired me. I also wanted to resculpt the head so that Groot could have different expressions, but was hesitant because of the challenge it would pose. After I got my hands on a spare Groot head and a third one from the knock-off light-up figure (which I call a "Grootleg"), I set about modding Groot. I dremelled and then resculpted the heads, so one would have a smiling expression and the other would have angry yell. It was a challenge getting the angry brow and open shouting mouth to look natural but I'm fairly satisfied with the results. Thanks for looking and "I. AM. GROOOOOOTTTT!!!"
