This was originally planned to be the leader in pedestrian clothes with a back pack, like n the Thunderbolts storyline, but I changed my mind. I wanted him to have body armor so he could at least try and fight any of the hulks. I painted a face-off ToyBiz leader head red, then attached it to an Electro body from Amazing Spider-Man 2. I painted the body entirely black, getting rid of any of the blue.

He sure does, saw an awesome custom Hawkeye earlier with Electro's legs, forgot who made it, but it looked amaze-balls!
