I made this custom figure about three years ago.The figure was made using the best parts from two different Hasbro figures and an Applause figure. A lot of cutting, reshaping, shrinking, sculpting and sanding went into making the armor pieces. All those pieces were then molded and cast in a white plastic resin.
The helmet and all armor pieces are removable. The head is a vintage Mego Captain Kirk. This is the size and style I would have loved to have seen Mego make as a kid. I bought the custom "Mego" style card.
