Fully recharged after a trip to Akihabara, where the toy gods dispense with unimaginable treasures - all you need is a deep wallet and a pair of comfortable walking shoes. Also got a whiplash full of inspiration on this trip and passed it along to this hybrid. Definitely inspired by the countless kaijus, here's an Alien that really pushes the limits of freaky and re-imagines the meaning of the word Alien. We've all seen how the Alien looked in the movies, but what would an Alien have to look like to really step beyond one's imagination these days? How alien can the Alien be? Take for example this rather lazy and languid Horde Queen. It's not responsible for laying the eggs but does visit the nursery afterwards to secrete that black royal jelly into the mouths of tiny chestbursters or gobs into the snout of a facehugger, giving them upgrades to their distinct DNA structure. Some of them will morph and mature with extra armor, tentacles, spikes or wings. It's all predetermined in their DNA, this Queen just needs to get them all hooked on her jellyrolls.
Head - King Alien (front) Scorpion Alien (back) sculpted tusks, toy insect legs for the braids. Pair of toy insect wings.
Upper torso - Kenner Alien, Scorpion Animorph shoulder pads, Revoltech Alien Warrior claws, McF Dragon tail for the back stinger.
Mid-section/Tail - partial toy dinosaur skeleton, embedded red beads on abdomen, McF Alien Spawn fin to prop the figure.
