First, I removed the head from the Psycho-Pirate figure and swapped it with the Deadman head. This proved a little challenging as there was no double ball joint attached to Deadman's head, so I just used the one from the Psycho-Pirate. Using milliput, I crafted the gloves and boots (unfortunately, in the process, I lost the upper ankle articulation that the original figure had) and the skull cap (no pun intended). Once the milliput was dry, I applied several coats of paint to create his costume, and then glued on a hand made skull symbol to his chest.
