I was a huge fan of this character and his look. I loved the thrill I got watching them go down the line, so I knew I had to make him! He was a very tough custom for me and I'm not sure if I should change the head... But here you go!

The head looks fine! Now, you need to make a trough, the guy with the blonde hair with his throat slit and pose Glenn, Daryl and Rick next to him! Recreate the whole scene!
