Hello everyone!

Here is my DCUC Weather Wizard!
While i was on my "The Flash" kick, i was inspired to make this figure for a friend of mine. I had a ton of fodder lying around from various failed DCUC customs (which is why i don't do many DCUC customs). This weather wizard was made out of the top half of a DCUC Ted Kord Blue Beetle and the lower half of a Robot Man figure. His head is a Yellow Lantern Hal Jordan with sculpted hair, modified collar from Deadman, and the wand from the cane thing that came with ML Taskmaster. The lightning effects were made out of twist ties and hot glue. One paint job later and he was finished!
