I grabbed an NBA figure awhile back just for the accessories and the head. I really had no use for the body until I was browsing my random junk and found a rocket board which gave me the idea for a movie/ comic hybrid version of Rocket Racer.

Body - NBA Player

Head - Aqualad

Forearms - Iron Man

Boots - NBA

Everything else was from my fodder bins.
