To make Luke Cage I cut off Radioactive Man's belt, changed his lower legs with Drax, changed his forearms with Iron Man, and made a new belt out of a Spawn Movie figure's bandolier. I then painted him black head to toe, then added the colours. The head was a cast of the Thunderbolts Luke Cage head, which has the goatee detail, but you can easily sculpt it or just paint it on the normal Radioactive Man head. This was a commision piece, and the client gave me the recipe (except for the Iron Man gauntlets, that was pure luck as I was looking through my fodder for something to use).
