This has been done mumerous times before, but I wanted to have a go! To make Orson Randall I used a variant head of a Toybiz Iron Fist and a Hasbro Punisher body. I removed his belt and gave him a paint job, simple as that. I then drilled a hole in his sculpted belt, and used the yellow belt from the Toybiz Iron Fist and stuck it in place. The dragon on his chest was the hardest bit, which I drew first with a fine tip marker, then painted over. I used this tip for most of my detail work, as my free-hand with a paint brush is shocking!
