I loved the Neca Godzilla figures but their dark paint job doesn't do their sculpt work justice, I had noticed that some of the more expensive Japanese 2014 figures had a lighter paint job especially around his underside so I decided to repaint mine to match, after giving him a hot bath and popping him apart I started with a flat charcoal base, followed by a lighter charcoal drybrush, for his underside I used Vallejo model masters Brown green, The colors aren't as bright in person it's just the way I lit it to really show the detail in Neca's sculpt.
