I cut off the AIM collar and replaced it with Red Skull's roll-neck, and also sculpted some folds to make it seem part of the uniform. I swapped Skull's arms for the AIM soldier's, and sculpted the lower part of the Nazi arm-band, as the top bit looked OK. Then it was just a simple repaint, focussing on details with black. Easy.

Dude he looks great! , you got a great eye to see the near infinite possibilities for characters hidden in other figures , that AIM uniform sure was perfect for the Red Skull's classic duds , I really like your style brother , Awesome work!!!

I had a little at the back of the knees and on top of the shoulders, but I sanded the crap out of it! Poses great now without any paint rub.
