Justine Hammer is the daughter of evil businessman, Justin Hammer. She decided to strike out on her own, and became the Crimson Cowl. She gathered together a few super-criminals and started her own version of the Masters of Evil. Her team clashed with the Thunderbolts on many occasions.
Another one off of my ancient to-do list! I had been planning on using the original Scarlet Witch, but that body is too hideous. I started off with the new SW and a fodder head. The hood is from Hobgoblin, and the cape is a combo of the original SW and Thor's. The gloves and mask from fodder. The cape, head, and hood remain moveable, and can be adjusted.
