Rufus Man-stout is a Halfling! Being of the Stout variety and non Hair-foot, Rufus is a little taller and does not have hairy feet! Rufus showed up in Vietnam in 1965 and offered his services to the US Military. Rufus worked as a 'tunnel rat," fighting the VC-(Viet Cong), in their vast underground tunnel networks! Rumor has it that Rufus may have been a little brain damaged, and thought the VC were goblins! After the war, Rufus became a topnotch sniper, using, a special one-off Thompson M1 long-range sniper-rifle-(nick-named "Rob"), refitted for .50 caliber ammunition instead of .45 ACP! This is just a silly little kit-bash based on a silly drawing I did after a discussion with a friend about how Hobbits would have made cool tunnel rats during the Vietnam War! Not much customizing here, Body is a Figure Inc Curly from their mid 90's Three Stooges line. Outfit is a classic Mego Action Jackson outfit, daggers are CTVT, belt is a 1/6 piece from Monkeydepot, not sure about his "boonie," hat, and sniper rifle id from some broke 1/6 scale parts. This is an original character, and I think he fits in the contest cause of his big gun! :)
